MUTATIONS: His mutations are not that obvious. One of them is that he has an extended brain, kind of like a built in Cerebro. It gives him the power that the professor has but it also combines the powers of Cerebro and Jean Grey, giving him the power to elevate several objects and to track down several different mutants. Also he has recently gained another mutation, his spiked shin guards. The shin guards were recently attached to his body from a recent experiment that Mojo had held, though, they do not help him whatsoever in battle.

MUTANT POWERS: He has several mutant powers, which he uses very often. His name is Placid, meaning calm; quiet. This is his main ability, being calm and quiet, at least when he is about to strike. Silence is golden, and sometimes deadly. So he uses the power of quietness to strike, this is where his Cerebro and telekinetic powers come into play, he uses them to strike at the mutant. His Cerebro-like tracking and telekinetic powers combined are known as Prospero, an alias of his. He can also use Prospero to elevate objects, track down mutants, or basically just read a mutant or human's mind. Placid also recently gained two objects, one was his elevation wand that is a large walking stick, which he now uses to control his elevation powers. Also he has a half moon sickle which can absorb others powers for a short period of time. He, though, only uses the sickle on rare occasions when he ultimately has to. When the sickle absorbs the powers he is not able to use that power whatsoever, basically it's to make the other person powerless for the time being.

PERSONALITY: His personality is very elaborate. Prospero, his powers, affect his mood a lot. If he is quiet he is most likely lethal, which isn't a good thing. Also when he is calm it means something is about to happen, most of the time not a good thing. Another one is when he is talkative, which is very unusual, when he is talkative it means he has trust in you, very few gain Placid's full trust. He can be friendly but it may be just his charm kicking in. He is a down to earth type of guy and he is okay to strike up a conversation, but remember he can always double cross you in the end!

Born and raised in München in the castle of Naden, Placid was known as the Prince of Silence. When he was 12 he ran off from the castle and his royal family and he traveled to Moscow to join the Imposters, a group of double o agent mutants. Soon a new member, Jennifer Stavros, joined the Imposters, she is also known as Roulette. Placid and Roulette fell in love immediately and were married after a year of their relationship. For their first anniversary they went to Canada to seek out some mutants who would take their places in the Imposters, while there they ran into Kylun. He killed Placid's love, Roulette, and injured Placid badly. Placid was very depressed and revengeful toward Kylun, he had to die. Placid was no longer a member of the Imposters after the incident in Canada; he was put into an Underground Mutant Hospital in Canada for almost 2 years when he decided to leave to go to Brazil. He went to Brazil because it was far away from all his troubles, but in Brazil he met many mutants like himself and he decided it was time he formed his own group of mutants, the Mutant Society. The Mutant Society consists of the mutants Catseye, Thornn, Sugar Man, Gamesmaster, Magma, and Cerise. The mutants were of all sorts of age, sizes, and types. He decided to train them like the Imposters did to him, making the mutants double o agents, only trusting each other. He soon discovered that his mother is also the mother of Lila Cheney, making her his half sister. He discovered somehow Box is his grandfather. Also his father cheated on his mother and had a child with another woman, his name was Fitzroy, his half brother. Placid sought revenge on Kylun, but was never successful and eventually left the problem alone. His group, the Mutant Society, eventually ended and the members all went their own ways. Placid soon after gained a trusty companion, Flap Cat. Flap Cat was a talking cat with wings. He and Placid soon had a blossoming friendship and the relationship helped Placid to learn to trust others. Placid and Flap Cat soon went back to the castle of Naden, Placid had to see his family. When they arrived Placid found a castle in ruins, almost. The castle had gone through years of damage during the Berlin Mutant Massacre era, which occurred all over Germany in the 1990's. Placid was very depressed, he had found out that his parents were killed in the massacre and that all his family had fled from Germany. Flap Cat, being a trusty companion and friend, tracked down Placid's family and found out that his grandfather, Box, still lived but in the mountains of Montana. They soon visited Box, who was on his last limb of his life. Placid and Flap Cat stayed with Box till he passed away, and then they soon set out for shelter, for a permanent home. Now Placid and Flap Cat seek shelter at the Massachusetts Academy, home to Generation X.
