COMPANY BUY BACK POLICY
A- The company stresses the importance of careful inventory management to all  Sponsors and advises that inventories not be excessively stockpiled, but be replenished regularly so as to limit supply to one month's demand.

B- The company will exchange for new product any product that is returned which is damaged in shipment or of sub-standard quality only if the claim or request for exchange is made within thirty (30) days of purchase: however, authorization from the Company is required to initiate the exchange. To obtain a "Return Authorization" send email to usamatrix@usa.net. Incorrect product will be replaced with correct product. Damaged product will be replaced with undamaged product.

C- Refund requests for reasons other than quality control are implied to be a Sponsor desire to terminate his/her relationship with the Company.

If this occurs: If the Sponsor has purchased products for inventory purposes or mandatory sales aids while the Sponsorship Agreement was in effect, all unencumbered products in a resalable condition in possession of the Sponsor, which have been purchased within thirty (30) days of cancellation, shall be repurchased, taking into account any sales made by or through such Sponsor prior to notification to the Company of the election to cancel. The Company will refund 90% of the wholesale purchase price of unopened, resalable products, less all applicable shipping, handling. All upline commissions paid on that order, together with the value of any bonus awarded, will be deducted from the refund amount.

The following procedure will be used in granting refunds of this nature:

1) A written request for refund must be sent emailed to the Company. The refund request must be accompanied by verification of product purchases and payment for the product.

2) The Company will instruct the former Sponsor regarding return of the unused product. All shipping costs for returned must be borne by the Sponsor desiring the refund.

3) Product sent to the Company without prior authorization will not qualify for refunds and will be returned to the former Sponsor.

4) In no event will returns or refunds will be allowed more than sixty (30) days after product is purchased.

5) After the former Sponsor has compiled with the Company instructions, the appropriate refund will be issued.

6) Refund may vary in jurisdiction where different repurchase requirements are imposed by statute. Such jurisdiction will always dictate the terms of the refund policy.
