Try the rough part of town, especially if you have a local Hack-N-Slash. Brujah often have hot tempers, and are quick to show their vengeance. Step on a Brujah's toes, and you've got major problems (you'd better start lookin' over your shoulder.) Brujah stick together, and fend for each other no matter what the cost.
