Ferio is, technically, one of the Pillar's 
main Guardians.  This is sortof ridiculous
because he's actually younger than Emeraude!

Still, he's the sort of swordsman traitors would 
be afraid to face - he is willing to stake his own 
life if it means saving that of the Pillar's.

Meet the rest of the MKR Crowd!

Ferio, the younger brother of Princess Emeraude
is your typical rakish young prince with a high
sense of adventure and fun.  This emerald-
haired boy laughs in the face of danger and
spends most of his time practicing his
swordsmanship in the Forest of Silence instead 
of learning about the finer points of statecraft.

In the manga, Ferio knows that he's the Pillar's
kid brother but keeps it a secret from the 
Magic Knights, particularly from Fuu who has
him lovestruck the minute he meets her.

In the anime, though, Ferio is bound in an
enchantment that makes him forget that he has
a sister - a safety measure that will ensure his
protection, but not that of the Princess's.  He
regains his memories of his sister when her 
powers begin to wane and goes all-out to help
the Magic Knights.
