Play Aliens
In a two-player game, select the Pit stage, and if an object like Santa or something else flies over the moon, hit the Z-trigger button. The winner of that round then gets to play Aliens. You might have to play the level a few times before something will show up over the moon.
100% combos
Human Smoke: This one is for Human Smoke, plus it shows that the CPU can make mistakes. Spear your opponent, then press lk, down+lp, down+hp, walk in, hp, spear. Repeat this. It will only give you 5 hit combos, but we know that the CPU doesn't.
Rain: Jump kick, lightning, super roundhouse, lightning,1 standing high punch, super roundhouse kick, 1 standing high punch, repeat the 1 standing high punch and super roundhouse. This one is hard to do.
Noob Saibot: Teleport Slam, run into your opponent, 2 standing high punches. Repeat this till all their life is gone. This one is also hard to do.
Sub-Zero: High punch, high punch, down+low punch, down+high punch, jump in (Time your jump), tap high punch, repeat all these steps.
Infinite Combo
Here is a awesome practically an infinite combo. Choose Rain and do this: Do a controll ball and make the player go up. Before the person hits the ground do another controll ball and make them go up. Keep on repeating this trick and soon the person will die and you will get a flawless victory.
Play Galaga or Pong
Select 8-Player Kombat from the Mode Select Screen and win the whole thing. You will now be able to select one of SHAO KAHN'S LOST TREASURES. Select the second symbol (MK) on the first row to play Galaga, and select the first symbol (Rayden) on the second row to play Pong.
Select Your Battle Arena
On the Player Select Screen highlight Sonya. Hold Up on either the control stick or pad and press Start. You will see the screen shake and hear a boom if you did it correctly. After you have chosen your fighter(s) you can choose the stage!
More Options:
On the story line screen at the begining of the game; press C down,
B , then A you should hear "outstanding" on the options screen
there will be a blue ? it will have , level select , throwing ,unlimited
run , bloody kombat ,smoke, and Khameleon.
Raydon Trick
If you do Rayden's stage fatality on the Dead Pool When the skelton comes out of the acid it will be black.

Endurance Mode
To get extra endurance rounds, put the player select cursor on Kano and press down + start [down and start at the same time.]
At the character select screen go to Sonya and press Up + Start at the same time. Then, after you select your character, you will get a stage select menu.
More Options
At the Story Line Screen press HK, LK, Run, LP, HP, HP, HP, LP, LP. If you enter the code correctly, you'll hear a voice say, "Ah-mah!" Now go to the Options Screen. Here you can open up the now available red and blue question mark icons. You now have the ability to have free play, two secret characters (Khameleon and Smoke), and many other options.
Freeplay
In Mortal Kombat Trilogy, you can increase your credits to infinity simply by entering D, D, U, U, R, R, L, L at the story screen. You'll hear a noise if you did the code correctly.
Make baby's explode
First of all, you must do the Babality move. When the screen turns black and your opponent turns into a baby, hold these four buttons: HP, LP, HK & LK. You must continue to hold these buttons until the baby explodes.
Fight Khameleon
Khameleon is on the Star Bridge stage. It's like the Smoke trick from MK2: Just play a two-player game and keep upper-cutting each other until the Toasty guy pops out. When he does, just tap down + start. It looks just like what happened in MK2 also, and then you fight Khameleon in the Living Forest.
Human Smoke
Pick Cyber-Ninja Smoke. Before the round starts, or in-between rounds, hold Back, HP, HK, RUN, and BLOCK. Cyber-Ninja Smoke will explode and change into Human Smoke.
Motaro
Select any character. You must be on either Jade's Desert, Kahn's Tower or the Wasteland stages. Before the round starts, hold Back, HK, and LK. You'll see an explosion and Motaro will replace your character. If you win, you will remain as the original character you picked, and not Motaro.
Shao Kahn
Select any character. You must be on either the Pit 3 or Rooftop stages. Before the round starts, hold Down, HP, and LP. You'll see an explosion and Shao Kahn will replace your character. If you win, you will remain as the original character you picked, and not Shao Kahn.
Both "?" Marks
To get both question marks when the story begins press c-left, c-up, c-right, c-down, a,b,b,b,a,a, keep on pressing it until you hear a sound then go to the options then you will have all three question marks!!!
