Pluii

The first akuma general of Reine Devila. Pluie had a pet named Jamapi, whom he sent into human bodies to control them and strip them of love. Pluie is part of the Fuuma family in akuma kai. His name in French means raindrop.

The second minion sent by Reine Devila to help Pluii, she was told to get the Saint Something Four. But unfortunately, she loves money to much to care. She was part of the akuma family (Suima) that uses water as an attack.

The third minion/general of Reine Devila. He had three minions: Blitz, Noise & Cloud. Sandora was part of the Hima (fire akuma) family.

The third general of Reine Devila. Igunisu made a deal with Takuruu, and often teases and taunts him. But as time passed, Igunisu found himself loving Takuruu as a friend. His ai no waves saved the Ai Tenshi once later on in the series. Igunisu is Hima, one of the families in akuma kai that uses fire as power. He was later killed by Potamosu.

The forth general of Reine Devila, Potamosu would rather play than work. She would only sent out monsters if she had been upset or angry. She is part of the Suima family in akuma kai, who uses water as attack. Potamosu took up the identity of Kawanami Hiromi and attended Saint Garden School. She has a habit of bringing her two index fingers together and say in a very cute way, "Mitai na" (which means, "I want to see" or "Let me see"). Right away, Hiromi felt an attraction to Yousuke, and claims that it was because Yousuke's DNA is attracting hers...Potamosu was latered turned good by Wedding Peach and lives the normal (? ^^;;) life of a junior high school girl.

Petora

The fifth and final general of Reine Devila, Petora is so goofy and bizarre that he seems stupid. He had been trapped in a stone by Reine Devila, but was later released. He took up a human identity and took up the job as Saint Garden School's head advisor/counsellor. Petora and his monsters gathers hatred energy in order to regain Petora's strength. As useless and stupid as he seems, Petora managed to get rid of Limone (in a way), and found the Rafuaru Senshi Viento.

A minion sent by Reine Devila to "inject" evil waves into Fuuma Yousuke's body in order to get the Viento inside him to awaken.

The four prized warriors of Reine Devila, they were also the ones who killed Uragano, Yousuke's father, years ago. Their mission was to bring Viento back to akuma kai and kill Wedding Peach.

The legendary senshi of Rafuaru Zoku, Uragano was the strongest senshi in the akuma kai. His battle with Celeste ended up in a no-win situation, and they both fell to the human world. There, Uragano fell in love and married, and had a son named Fuuma Yousuke. But when Yousuke was still very young, Reine Devila sent her four prized monsters (Audio, Heitoritudo, Orross & Jura) to bring Uragano back to akuma kai.

Back at akuma kai, Uragano, with his newfound feeling of love, was not able to kill even one normal tenshi. He threw down his weapon and began to leave. But Reine Devila wasn't letting him off so easily. She, once again, sent her four prized monsters and they killed Uragano. Uragano left a message for Yousuke in a bell, and later appeared in a hologram to tell Yousuke the truth about the war between Akuma and Tenshi.
