Clark Oasis Clark Oasis is a famous and wealthy man who is in the same horse
riding club as Scarlet, and later even becomes her love. Because of his
power and wealth, Oasis is often the target of attempt assassinations. Oasis
is also a fallen angel--angels that were driven out of the tenshi kai and went
to Earth. He believes that humans require guidance from angels as they pollute
the oceans, destroy forests, scatter hatred and jealousy, and drive this world
to destruction. However, his beliefs were not accepted and therefore he was forced
out of tenshi kai. Once on Earth, he used his powers to build up his position, and acquired
the wealth which belongs to him now. Oasis is determined to become the
supreme ruler of the world, but in the process he turns into an akuma...
