Reine Devila (Queen of the Devils) is the queen of akuma kai. She hates love and tenshi with a passion, a result of her past experience with two of them.

Long ago, Reine Devila entered the tenshi world out of curiosity and flew around the forests. There she saw Nitamiinu, a handsome tenshi, and felt her heart pounding furiously. Just as she was going to step closer, another angel (Pisuteiru) flew to Nitamiinu and they kissed. Reine Devila was very hurt and shock as she watched Nitamiinu and Pisuteiru flew away to the palace in tenshi kai, with Pisuteiru wearing the Saint Something Four... Back in akuma kai, Reine Devila's hatred grew, and she vowed that she would never forgive the tenshi, and that she would get her revenge...
