The Monte Sano Shotokan dojo is located in Huntsville, AL, and we are affiliated with Shotokan Karate of America (SKA). SKA is a national nonprofit organization teaching traditional karate in the United States since 1955.
Our practices are led by Jim Blackmon (Nidan - 2nd Dan), Roger Rinn (Shodan - 1st Dan), and Eddie Blair (Shodan - 1st Dan).
We are always looking for new people to learn Shotokan with us. Beginners and experienced martial artists of any style are welcome to join us no matter your age.
