Grady Westfall (John Stamos) couldn't live by their rules, so he broke them. Now society is trying to break him: he's thrown him in the slammer. But free spirited Grady won't be there long. Because there's a fight coming up. And the U.S. Army knows he's the only one to fight it. As Grady, screen-debuting John Stamos jumps on a vintage Harley Davidson and kick-starts the action into high gear in Born To Ride. John Stockwell (Christine) and Teri Polo (Mystery Date) co-star in this wartime adventure rousingly directed by Graham Baker (Alien Nation) in the style of Memphis Belle and Top Gun. Sprung from jail to turn a dirty half-dozen of Uncle Sam's pre-World War II horsemen into bikemen, Grady soon doubts the wisdom of the deal he's cut for himself. Uniforms and snappy salutes aren't his style. What's more, outmaneuvering a strafing enemy plane is heroes' stuff. Heroes, as Grady soon learns, just like himself!
