For Annie Tarrant, a New Orleans school teacher, the "Candyman" is more than a legend whispered by her pupils. Years ago, her father was gruesomely murdered, and rumors said he was killed by the Candyman. She shrugs off the gossip, until she hears a voice calling her to "be my victim." Her past just caught up with her future - as the Candyman unleashes his fury on a new generation. Their darkest nightmare is waiting just behind the surface of the nearest mirror.
