Ruthless Ozzy Decker (Gary Busey) is a big wheel in the art world. He owns an important gallery, and if a customer wants a painting he doesn't have, he steals it. When Frank Dante (Vittorio Rossi), a young artist on the verge of success, has to raise money quickly to save his ne'er-do-well brother from the mob, Ozzy recruits the painter into his schemes. Working with Nick (John Rhys-Davies), a world-weary veteran burglar, Frank reluctantly learns how to steal, with every step pulling him deeper into Ozzy's web of murder and betrayal. After several thefts, and a brush with disaster that almost kills Nick, Frank has had enough and wants out. But, when Ozzy kidnaps his girlfriend Nathalie (Cary Lawrence), the artist is forced into one last caper, and a life-or-death struggle to free Nathalie and escape with their lives.
