Idealistic Frank Jennings (Jeff Speakman: Escape From Atlantis), campaign manager for super patriotic Senate Hopeful Adam Carvell (William Shatner: Star Trek), is shaken when he discovers the candidate's secret goal; to take over the government as head of a widespread terrorist movement. Trying to unravel Carvell's nefarious network of underground militias, Jennings becomes the only man who can uncover the truth -- and the target of a cold-blooded conspiracy with treason at its core.
