It's a 21st Century nightmare after the most dangerous killers in the universe escape from the off-World Penitentiary and stow away to the quiet Moonbase Waste Disposal Plant. Beneath its mounds of space junk lies an arsenal of nuclear warheads - the inmates' passport home to earth. When a heavily armed platoon of Marines arrive, murder and mayhem erupt.
