A*MAZING TATER (GAME BOY)

ADDAMS FAMILY VALUES (GAME BOY)

DEFEAT THE DEMON GARGOYLE- Uncle Fester might get flustered in the final
fight unless you pack a pocketful of cookies and always remain light on 
your feet.  It takes exactly 120 blows to defeat this bad beast.  Since
you'll need to get close to inflict damage on the Gargoyle, it's important
 to time your attacks so you won't exchange damage.  Watch for a rhythm in
the Gargoyle's pattern.  The Gargoyle's first form shoots fireballs and 
splits into two torturous twins.  Keep moving around the room and do your
best to avoid being singed by the flaming missiles.  After you hit the 
Gargoyle 30 times, he'll mutate and turn gray, then his eyes will start to
shoot lasers in your direction.  Time your blows so they alternate with the
laser blasts.  The Gargoyle splits into three equal parts when you hit him
40 more times.  There's no safe spot to stand, so munch on a cookie or two 
as you hit him the final 50 times to win the game.


ADVENTURE ISLAND II (GAME BOY)

PASSWORD- On the title screen select password to go to the password screen.
Enter 0894 as your password and select OK.  When you begin the game at 
Area 1/1 Coastal Clash, you will gain 99 of each of the special power ups.

ADVENTURE ISLAND (GAME BOY)

CONTINUE WITH ALL ITEMS- For the trick to work, you must locate the Hudson 
Bee in the first stage, Fern Isle.  It's in the left Cave (the third level 
of Fern Isle) bonus room, which you get to by jumping up and down after 
you pass the fourth skull.  When your game is over, hold Left and press 
Start.

STAGE SELECT- While Master Higgins runs around the title screen, press: 
Right, Left, Right, Left, A, B, A, and B.  The World Select Mode will 
appear giving you the chance to choose your starting island.  Move the 
cursor by pressing Up and Down on the controller, then press the A button 
to begin on the desired island.

POWER-UPS- At the title screen, enter 0894 as your password and select OK.
You will
have 99 of each item.

LEVEL SKIP- While playing, pause the game and press A, B, B, A, A, B, B,

ALIEN 3 (GAME BOY)

GET THE BLOWTORCH- The blowtorch, which actually looks more like a fire
extinguisher, can be used to open doors that are welded shut.  It is 
outside, next to the junk heap.  To find it, go through the ventilator 
shaft on the right.  Exit and go down, then right.  Take the second path 
that leads up and continue until you reach the junk heap.  Stand on the 
left side and use the See command  to locate the torch.

BISHOP'S REMAINS- If you have the Tool Kit, you can repair the remains of 
the android Bishop, who will then give you information about your next goal.
The Tool Kit, represented by an open-ended wrench icon, is lying in a 
hallway in Area 4.  Take the kit and Bishop's remains, which you'll find 
outside next to the spaceship, to your wrecked escape pod, the E.E.V.  
Go through the library and down through ventilator shaft 3 to get outside.
When you repair the remains of Bishop, the android will tell you what 
you're supposed to do next.

ALTERED SPACE (GAME BOY)

THE WARP TO STAGE 3- A warp in Stage 1 can take you quickly to Stage 3 if
you know where to look.  Since the maps in Altered Space are set to an 
angle, use this key when following the directions below.  The upper left 
wall is designated UL, upper right wall is UR, lower left is LL, and lower
right is LR.  From the beginning of Stage 1, go UR one room, UL one room, 
LL two rooms, UL one room, UR one room, UL one room, and LL one room.  You
are now on the far left side of Stage 1.  If you walk up through the UL 
wall, you'll find a Warp Zone that takes you to Stage 3, allowing you to 
skip Stage 2.

THE WARP TO STAGE 5- Start at the Stage 3 elevator and use the directional 
key listed above for moving through the rooms.  First, go UL one room, UR 
one room, LL two rooms, LR one room, LL two rooms, UL one room, and LL one 
room.  The Warp Zone is through the UL wall.  Walk through the wall and 
stand under the Warp Device to transport to Stage 5.
