This is an old historical house that was being remodeled and restored. There had been sightings of a child in the downstairs room they were remodeling; cold spots in numerous areas throughout the house; smells of bread baking, homemade soup cooking, pipe tobacco, lavendar and roses; footsteps on the stairs; and instances of the owner's name being call out.
