Cheerleading Motions

This page has all motions a cheerleader needs to know. There is pictures to go along with what kind of motion it is. Have FUN!

~Tip~
* Keep arms as stright and stift as possible.

Hands on Hips: This is pretty basic...just put hands on hips.
Daggers: Arms bent,forearm directly in front of you,not to the sides,keep fists in

stright line.

High V: As for your fists-the side with your thumb and pointer fingerfaces the crowd.

Low V: Opposite of High V.

Left Diagonial: Left arm looks like a high V and right arm looks like a low V.

Right Diagonial: Right arm looks like a high V and left arm looks like a low V.

Left L: Arm forms an L toward the left.

Right L: Opposite of the Left L.

Go Motion: Right arm stright up,next to ear,left arm on hip.

Touchdown: Both arms stright up next to your ear.

Low Touchdown: Opposite of Touchdown

T Motion: Looks exacally like it sounds.
