THE RELEASE IN APRIL '97...
PURNAMWULAN's first victory is THE FULLMOON OVER THE KLIWON demonstration cassette and it's officially release on 1st June 1996... This is a first material from PURNAMWULAN... This piece containing five of pure ethos metal hymn including prologue and epilogue... THE FULLMOON OVER THE KLIWON discover their own concept and created by themselves... Nominated as JAVA CELESTIAL ETHOS METAL... THE FULLMOON OVER THE KLIWON presenting to you about the myth in Javanese deities kingdom (if in Scandivanian it's called Norse and Viking)... The titled of the hymn is : PROLOGUE... MY BRIDE OF SILENCE... THE HIDDEN OF THE MYSTCAL PATH... SEROPOH SOMBRONG MABHUR... EPILOGUE... Between the fives tracks, have a track called SEROPOH SOMBRONG MABHUR and the specialities of this track was totally written in ancient sanskrit Java language... The frontman of the band, Sanghyang Wulan have done in writting all the lyricks... SEROPOH SOMBRONG MABHUR , actually, were taken from his ancestor namely Mbah Samuri and it's a spell of Sombrong...!!! Actually, each track's lyricks have it's own epic story... In other words, all the tracks were unique story to tell... All arragement in PURNAMWULAN's musickally were done and composed by PURNAMWULAN themselves... Both of MY BRIDE OF SILENCE and THE HIDDEN OF THE MYSTICAL PATH were written by Bagawan Mintaraga (had left the band in month of May 1997)... Anyway, he've done a great job... thanks a lot !!! (perli jer ni)... But, a track called SEROPOH SOMBRONG MABHUR was written by Batara Endra Sakti (was kicked out from the band in month of Sept. 1996)...About the prologue and epilogue, completely, it's written in classical touch by accoustic guitar were written and performed by Arjuna Wiwaha (has left the band in month of June 1998)... Successfully, recorded in 36 trax machine... Only 8 trax were used in this recording of THE FULLMOON... They've spend their time for 8 hours, Friday's noon (Jumaat's praying hour) on 16th April 1996... They've spend for 4 hours for recording session and 4 hours for mixing session... Unfortunately, this pieces didn't have any DATs mastering...coz, some fucking problems such as lack of time... The guardian and the owner of BACH and TRAZ studio, Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, Lukmanul Hakim had done done his work successfully in engineering and mixing job...(actually, they've recorded in this studio)...The cost is so cheap coz it's seems they's used old trax and mix machine... How much the cost, I've forgot already...!!!! PURNAMWULAN wanted merely bright in sound but a bit unsatisfied was express... as Sanghyang Wulan said "One of Our fans said that, the guitar sound seems as Cromok!!!"... What they can do ?? The mistake came from the lack of time and unexperience bastard engineer...Completely,most of all the tracks were written more into Swedish sound and Java traditional style (a bit, I guess)... About fifhteen copies had been sold on 1st June 1996 in gigging moment at Penang... The responses, isn't it ? About a hundred copies had been sold under PURNAMWULAN's address... and since 1st April 1997 , MEMORIES RECORDS take over the selling of... THE FULLMOON OVER THE KLIWON and it's must be yours for RM 7(Malaysian currency) and USD 5 (worldwide)... It's still in proggress untill now... Contact them (refer THE SIGN page)...
