One is a cop, the other a thief. Both are obsessed perfectionists; both are about to tear a city apart.
Robert De Niro and Al Pacino combine their explosive talents to devastating effect in director Michael Mann’s masterly crime epic. Vincent Hanna (Pacino) is a brilliant LA cop whose obsession with his work has all but destroyed his personal life.
Investigating a brutal armed robbery leads him to a gang lead by hardened professional criminal Neil McCauley (De Niro). As the net closes in on McCauley and his crew, Hanna’s obsession leads to a meeting of minds and a shattering collision from which few will survive.
Tom plays Michael Cheritto, a member of McCauley’s crew. Tom has a fair amount of screen time.
