PETRIFIED FOREST NATIONAL PARK

Large petrified trees in the South end of the Petrified Forest Nat. Park. It is located south of Interstate 40 in Northern Arizona.Wear good jogging shoes for to see a lot of it you have to do a lot of walking.

THE PAINTED DESERT

This another beautiful sight to see.It is mounds of sand all different colors and as the sun moves the colors change.Again wear jogging shoes.

BALANCE ROCK

It is 55 feet high and equal to 1600 cars in weight.Composed of the relatively harder Slick Rock Member it sits atop the softer Dewey Bridge Member which forms its base.The park is located off interstate 70 near Moab a great Vacation spot.

Sheep ROCK in ARCHES NATIONAL PARK

One of the many spectacular towers is Sheep Rock,found in the Courthouse Towers section of the Park.The scenery is unbelievable.There is so much to see,you should spend a couple of days at Moab so you can see a lot of it.

RAINBOW BRIDGE NATL.MONUMENT

The world`s largest natural bridge.It is 309 feet high,has a span of 278 feet and is 40 feet thick at the top.To get to it you have to take a boat ride on Lake Powell and you will get to see some of the most beautiful scenery that you will never forget.
