Note: The Queen's name is the same as Starr's. One girl in every royal family is named after her mother. Also Starr is in a wheelchair so you will see the word "wheel" instead of "walk".
Also down more in the story when the first part says "Down on Earth" this happens after Lunaria found Sami. So Sami understands Luna, Lunaria and Artemis.
Also I will be using Japanese nicknames such as Mamo-chan(Darien), Endymion(Darien),Usako(Serena), Serenity(Serena), I will use the Japanese name when Starr meet the Senshi since she doesn't know there Earth names.
Late at night in the Star Palace the 3 year old twin princesses Starr and Rose Unive were sound asleep on their beds. Then the window in the girls room opened but now so to disturb the sleeping girls the intruder quietly tiptoed across the marble floor.
" Now which one is she", the intruder thought, his long white hair glistening in the starlight,
" How degrading. Having to kidnap a 3 year old brat instead of planning a world takeover', he whispered to himself.
" Ah! Here she is!", he thought as he saw the name "Rose" engraved on the footrest of the bed. Taking care not to wake up the sleeping child he picked her up and jumped back out the window to a waiting portal to the negaverse.

" Good work General Malachite", said a woman with long red hair who was sitting on a stone throne.
"Thank-you Queen Beryl", said Malachite
"This child will be of great use to us", Queen Beryl exclaimed.
Just then General Jadeite runs into the throne room. Kneeling down he says,
" Queen Beryl Ther--"
"Jadeite, how dare you interrupt me in a meeting", Queen Beryl yelled.
"Sorry my Queen but there is something going wrong with the brainwashing.", said Jadeite kneeling even lower.
" Something wrong? Explain" said Queen Beryl looking slightly curious.
"She is resisting the brainwashing, we can't do anything more to stop her resistance", said Jadeite slightly cringing as he waited for the explosion of yelling that was normally received at such an event.
" Take me to the child", ordered Queen Beryl. Jadeite relaxed slightly as he, Malachite and Queen Beryl went to the brainwashing room.
There in the brainwashing room was Rose the 3 year old girl that was taken from her bed lying on a
coffin-like stone with waves of electricity over top.
"Turn up the speed of brainwashing to maximum", ordered Queen Beryl
"But Queen Beryl--", Jadeite started to say
" Jadeite how dare you question my orders just do it, unless you want to end up like the others who have failed", yelled Queen Beryl as she motioned toward the frozen crystals.
"As you wish", answered Jadeite as he turned the speed up to full power.
Later that Afternoon
"Queen Beryl, I have news about the child", said Jadeite
"Proceed", said Queen Beryl
"It seems that the brainwashing has worked but it has erased everything even the powers we had hoped to control", said Jadeite almost wishing that he hadn't said those words.
"Well that is a problem", said Queen Beryl calmly
" Malachite! Dispose of her! I don't care how, send her to the end of time for all I care just do it now!", Queen Beryl ordered.
"Yes my Queen", said Malachite as he bowed then walked to the brainwashing room.
"Well here you go kid", said Malachite as he tosses Rose in a portal."Where you stop nobody knows or really cares for that matter"

Back at the Star Palace Starr was having a nightmare about her twin sister Rose. Since the Starr and Rose were princess not to mention the fact that they were identical twins they had a
special bond between them and slowly Starr could feel that bond disappearing in her nightmare.
"NO!!!!!!!!!!STOP!!!!DON'T LEAVE ME!!!!", yells Starr as she sees Rose fall into a large black hole. Rose just lay there falling not listening to her sister, like she didn't know who she was.
"Star...Starr...Star", Starr hears a voice and turns around.
Just then she wakes up. The person or should I say thing saying Starr's name was Eclipse, Starr's Silver Guardian cat.
"Starr are you alright? What happened?", Eclipse asked her purple eyes showing worry.
" I don't know Eclipse. It was a nightmare of some sort. Rose was falling into a large black hole, but she acted like she didn't know who I was. In fact she didn't say anything!
Now I can't feel that special bond we had anymore!", said Starr crying into Eclipse's fur.
"Now Starr you know that couldn't happen! Our security is very tight and Rose is sleeping in her bed over he--", Eclipse started to say but stopped suddenly when she saw the empty bed.
"Oh God! How did that happen? I must tell the Queen at once", Eclipse exclaimed as she jumped from Starr's bed and ran towards the Queen's throne room, leave the devastated 3 year old crying on her bed.
In the throne room
"NO! It can't be!", cried out Queen Starr.
" I am afraid it is you Majesty", said Eclipse, "do you want me to call out the guards?"
"No don't bother", said the crying Queen, " You talked about a large black hole. I am afraid that it is a portal to the negaverse, there is no way of getting her now!
We can only pray that she is safe and comes home. Please bring Starr here,
then call Queen Serenity this is a day of great sorrow and I need someone to talk to."

Thousands of years in the future, In the EoT.(End of Time)
Rose landed at the feet of a young time lord named Dave.
"Hmm!," he thought " Who do we have here?"
Dave looks around Rose to find a tag or something of that sort to tell him her name, but there wasn't any.
"Judging by the looks of that portal she came from the negaverse.", he muttered "Now lets see what those creatures have done to her" He starts to use his power to read minds but stops after a minute of searching.
"Strange, her memory is blank! It as if they had brainwashed her!", thought Dave " That would explain why she doesn't respond to movement of my walking."
"They might come back for her", he thought " I'd better send her somewhere she would be safe, but where? I know! I'll send her to my sister, Serena, was a teenager(14).
I'll change her looks, name and age so that it will be nearly impossible to find her."
Dave the did as he said he would and changed her looks, name and age(changed to 14) and
sent her back over 1000 years to when Serena Tsukino was 14.

It had been 2 years since Rose has suddenly disappeared from her bed. Everyone except for Starr have given up in finding her. Starr knew that someday she would find her, even if it takes the rest of her life.

Exactly 1016 years in the future, 6 days after the Defeat and Healing of Galaxia.
Starr Unive wheels down a corridor in the Star Palace to a large room where the chief adviser is waiting for her.
" Starr you are now of age that you can inherit what your mother left you years ago", the adviser said."Here, use it with great care"
The chief adviser hands Starr a crystal with a faint golden color.
"Thank-You, I will.", said Starr as she put the crystal in a locket hanging from a gold chain around her neck. As she closed the cover on the locket Starr felt a surge of excitement run through her.
"Are you alright?", asked the adviser.
"Yes I am", said Starr " I will be going to my room for a while"
"As you wish", said the adviser and Starr went to her room and laid on her bed.
As she lay there a single tear slid down her cheek, " I knew I'd find her someday", she whispered and she fell asleep.

Down on Earth
"When will Serena get out of detention", said Mina
"She should be out any minute now", said Amy looking at her watch.
" Finally!", said a voice "I'm out of there!"
" You know Serena you wouldn't have detention all the time if you got up early enough", said Luna.
"Oh Luna stop your gripping!", said Serena as the walked away from the school.
Later in the park.
Amy walks away from the group to a noise in a tall bush. She is about to look in the bush when a silver cat with purple eyes and a gold star on her forehead jumps out at her.
"Ahhh! Oh it is just a cat!", said Amy as she backed away from the bush. She kneels down to pet the cat.
"Oh! Your a pretty kitty aren't you?", she said as she scratched the kitty's chin. The cat meowed.
"Amy are you ok?", said Luna as she and everyone else including Sami, Sestuna and the other Outer senshi ran to Amy when they heard her scream. She stopped short when she saw the silver cat.
" No! It can't be! Eclipse?", she thought.
"Luna? You alright?", said Serena
"Yeah", said Luna as she went to join the others.
"These are them alright", thought the cat.
The cat backed away from the crowd and went in front of the bush.
"Kay you can come out now!", said the cat.
Everyone except Luna, Lunaria,Artimis and Sestuna backed up in amazement at both the site of
the cat talking and at the fact that a young lady came out of the bushes in a wheelchair.
"Thank-you Eclipse", the lady said to the cat. Turning back to the group she said, "Serenity!Endymion!(Darien), Sestuna! It's good to see you all again!", said the young lady.
"Starr!", exclaimed Sestuna who was obviosisly the only one besides the cats the remembered her.
" H-How did you know mine and Mamo-chan's names?", said Serena huddling closer to Darien.
"Yeah, how did you know Usako's name?", asked Darien
"Oh! How stupid of me", said Starr as she smacked her forehead " I forgot you were all reborn"
"You may not believe this but Serenity, Endymion and--", Starr started
" Serena and Darien", Serena interrupted.
"Yes, sorry. Anyway I know Serena, Darien, and the other Senshi(Inner and Outer) from the Silver Millennium.", said Starr.
"You were from the Silver Millennium?", Serena asked.
"No. I was sorry am from the Star Millennium.", she said
"That's right", said Lunaria " It's under the rule of Queen Starr."
Starr looks at the ground
"Actually Lunaria mother has...", she started but couldn't finish.
"Dead? How long was this?", Lunaria asked
"200 years yesterday", Starr said
"200 years!!!!!", Exclaimed Lita " Then how old are you?????"
" To answer you question Makoto I am 1005 years and 6 days old today."
"Whoa! that's old!", said Serena
"Hey watch it Serena", said Sestuna " you will live to be a lot older!"
" Anyway", said Mina changing the subject " how did you stay alive?"
" With this", said Starr and she held out her necklace and the top to the locket opened and the crystal inside lifted out.
" This is the Topaz Crysta- Ahhhhhh!", Starr started to say but was cut off by a jolt of pain in her chest.
"What's happening? Ahhhh!", screamed Serena as she fell to her knees while her locket cover opened and the Silver Crystal floated out.
The two crystals merged then broke apart returning to their owners.
The Inner Senshi plus Darien, Luna and Artemis ran to Serena and the Outer Senshi plus Lunaria and Eclipse ran to Starr.
"Are you alright?", asked Eclipse
"Yes I am", said Starr as they helped her sit straight in her chair again.
" What caused that?", asked Hotaru
"It was a part of a bond that only the heiresses to the throne have", said Starr " it gives the two princesses a new attack power. Eclipse go see how Serena is and explain what happened"
"Yes", said Eclipse as she went to where the others where.
After about 5 minutes of Eclipse explaining to Serena they came over to Starr.
" Ok if we have a new power what is it? Why did it seem to effect me more that you? And does that mean you are a senshi too?", asked Serena.
"1. I don't know what the power is. 2. It effected you more because I had 990 years to train and read about this. And 3. Yes I am a Senshi", said Starr.
"Prove it", challenged Lita " Then after that you can tell us how you stayed alive for 1016 years and why you look so young!"
" 1016 years 6 days actually, and Gladly", said Starr.
Taking a gold handled wand(SMR transformation wand) with a gold N in the centre she shouted
"Neo-V Crystal Power Make-Up!"
In a flash of yellow light Starr Unive transformed into a gold sailor suit, gold heels(like Venus), silver jewels in her tiara and in her gold bow with a gold N in the middle of both,
sitting in her wheelchair in Venus's finishing pose.
"As sworn protector of the stars I will not let you distory their(senshi) eternal light. I am Neo-Sailor V!"
"Now", she said as she transformed back to Starr Unive " to answer you questions Lita is it? 1. I stayed alive from the Topaz Crystal it acts like the Silver Crystal as they are part of each other and you already know
how the Silver Crystal works in the Future. 2. I look so young for the same reason the Topaz Crystal stop the aging process at 20 years"
"Yes that is what makes Serenity young in the future as the time stream keeps me young", said Sestuna.
"I've been thinking if Queen Starr is dead then you must be Queen!", said Haruka
"Yes I am", said Starr but I can't show you here and I want to do something else too"
After transforming into Neo-Sailor V, she shouted" Star Shine Transport!"
They Teleported to an apartment room.
"Hey nice place!", complemented Lita.
"Thanks", said Starr, " I decorated it myself, but now I can show you that I am a queen and the other thing
I was going to do"
Starr tapped her locket twice and a bright light blinded the others. When they could see again they saw Starr in the middle of the room sitting in her wheelchair in a dress the exact same as Neo-Queen Serenity except it was a light golden color
and didn't have the rings at the top.
She had a crown again the same as Neo-Queen Serenity except it had a Topaz stone instead of a Ruby/Garnet stone. She also had a light golden silk shawl(like Black/Wicked Lady's) around her shoulders and her necklace with her locket around her neck.
"Now is there anyone who still doesn't believe me?", Starr who was now Queen Starr asked.
Everyone shakes their heads.
"Good. Now onto the other reason I brought you hear. When in this form I have the power to give back lost memories to people. I can give you back all you memories of me, but only if you want them. It is your choice.", said Queen Starr
The group huddles together then turns to Queen Starr
"Yes we would like you to do so", Said Michiru
"Alright then, I can't do all of you at once though. I would like to do them in groups. Inner Senshi, Outer Senshi and Serenity and Endymion. Now who wants to go first?" , Queen Starr asked.
Again they huddled and then turn back to Queen Starr.
"We, the Inner senshi will", said Rei
"Ok then! Lets get started. Rei you go on my right side, Ami on my left, Makoto and Minako go in front of me.", Starr said.
They all got in their places and Queen Starr put a finger on each of their heads. She closed her eyes when she opened them and they were blank like their was no life left in them. Raye's, Amy, Lita and Mina's eyes did the same.
After a minute their eyes went back to normal and Queen Starr takes her fingers off their heads.
" Now whose next?", she said
"We are", said Haruka
"Ok. Haruka get on my left, Michiru at the front and Hotaru at my right. No Sestuna you stay there you still have your memories remember!"
Again she repeated what she did before only it had taken 5 minutes.
When she let go of their heads she put her hands on her knees leaned forward and started to breath heavily.
"Are you alright?", asked Hotaru
"Yes....I am...Thank-you", said Starr, " It..Just take more energy .......for you three because I saw you less frequently then the others.....except for Hotaru I finished with her within a minute."
"Then why didn't you let her go?", asked Serena.
"I have to wait until all of them were done or it would have broken my concentration", answered Starr, " Now are you ready Serenity and Endymion?"
"Yeah I guess", said Darien
"Ok then you both come in front of me"
Starr then repeated the process with them within a minute.
"Ok! all done", said Starr" anyone have and regrets to what I just did?"
Everyone shakes there heads.
"Good",she said " Now where is Rose?"
"Rose? Oh you mean Sami! Ummm she disappeared a while ago. 2 years ago to be exact.", said Mina
"What?!?!?!?, But I felt our bond yesterday! How could she be gone?", Starr exclaimed.
"Hmm," said Starr
"What?," asked Michiru
"Just a minute," said Starr as she wheeled toward the door armed with a baseball bat.
When she got to the door she sighed with relief, set the bat on the ground then leaned against the wall and opened the door to reveal a young timelord.
"Dave you know you don't have to...in fact you can't hide from me," said Starr
"I know but I didn't want to scare the princesses," said Dave
"Oh don't worry about that, I already gave them back thier memories," said Starr
"Oh! Anyway can you come out here? I need to tell you something," asked Dave
"Sure," said Starr
Starr picked up the bat and turned back to the girls and Darien
"I'll be right back," said Starr and she left.
There was silence for a few minutes. Then they heard a scream from Starr.
"What!?!?!?! You knew where she was for the past 1013 years and you never told me!," yelled Starr
A loud "thud" came from the hallway as Starr hit Dave with the baseball bat.
"Oww! What did you do that for?," asked Dave
"You have the nerve to ask me that after what you just told me?!?," yelled Starr
She wheeled in the door, threw the bat in the corner, wheeled into her room and shut the door. Then Dave came into the room.
"What did you say to make her so angry?," asked Mina
"I think it was the fact I just told her I knew where her twin sister, Rose, has been for the past 1013 years and I never told her," said Dave
"That would do it," said Lita
"We should better check on her," said Sestuna
They all walk to Starr's door.
"Starr?," said Sestuna "Starr?"
She opened the door but there was no sign of anyone there except for a note lying on Starr's bed.
Please, I would not like anyone to disturb me except for one that has
lost a loved one many times. Dave knows where I am and can take you there.
Starr
"I guess that me," said Serena " But where did she go?,"
"To her room in the Star Palace," said Dave "Thats where she always goes when she is is angry or upset,"
Then Serena and Dave teleport to Starr's room in the Star Palace.
"I'm going back with the girls now," wispered Dave and he was gone.
Serena walked farther into the room where she saw Starr lying on her bed in her Queen outfit looking at a picture of Rose.
"Starr?," said Serena
"Oh! Hi Serenity. I guess you got my note," said Starr as she put the picture on a nightstand and sat up to look at Serena.
"Yeah we did and we thought I would the best one to come," Serena replyed
"I know. That's why I wrote the note the way I did," said Starr smiling slightly
"I knew you had lost a lest 2 people, Queen Serenity and Endymion when Queen Beryl attacked,"
"Yeah acually I have lost Mamoru 4-5 more times after that," said Serena
" I have lost many," said Starr motioning towards the two nightstands full of pictures.
"Do you mind talking about them?," asked Serena
" Not at all," said Starr " Lets see, First there was my father he died when I was 1,"
Starr showed Serena a picture of a man in his early 20's(acually he was 1000).
"He looks like Mamoru except you fathers hair is shorter and his eyes are a lighter shade of blue," said Serena.
"I think so too. Then there was Rose. Then the other princesses and you, Endymion and Queen Serenity. Then Finally my mother," said Starr
"Oh! Thats a lot of people. Anyway are you still angry at Dave?," asked Serena
"No Just a little upset that he didn't tell me now. Watch this," said Starr
Starr puckered her lips like she was going to whistle, took a deep breath and blew but no sound came out. Moments later Dave appeared.
" Do you have to be so high piched when you whistle for me?," asked Dave
"Yes," answered Starr " Otherwise you probably wouldn't hear me. Anyway I want to apologize for the way I acted towards you down on earth,"
" There is no need to. I should have told you sooner so your reaction should have been expected," said Dave
"Anyway If i was really mad I could have hit you with many things in this room," said Starr smiling as she got into her wheelchair.
"Oh? Like what?, "asked Dave
"Lets see," said Starr as she wheeled towards her dresser. Then she listed about 30 other things including her wheelchair and a stool sitting in her room.
Then she started to look through the top drawer.
"Then there is these," said Starr
"What?," said Serena
" A dagger and a whip," said Starr showing them to her " Dave could you go get the others for me please?,"
"Sure," said Dave and he left.
"Where did you get those?,"asked Serena
"I can't remember where I got the whip but the dagger....," started Starr
"Dagger? Ooooh! Lets see," said another voice.
Starr turned around to see Mina run towards them.
"Here you might as well all see now," said Starr then she looked at Dave
"Will you be staying?," she asked
"No, I must get back to the EoT now. I'll be back in a few days," Dave replied then he left.
"Where did you get it?," asked Haruka as everyone looked at the gold handle embedded with Topaz stones.
