PSALM 23
The Lord is my Shepherd...
THAT'S RELATIONSHIP!
I shall not want...
THAT'S SUPPLY!
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures...
THAT'S REST!
He leadeth me beside still waters...
THAT'S REFRESHMENT!
He restoreth my soul...
THAT'S HEALING!
He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness...
THAT'S GUIDANCE!
For His name sake...
THAT'S PURPOSE!
Yea, though I walk through the valley of
the shadow of death...
THAT'S CHALLENGE!
I will fear no evil...
THAT'S ASSURANCE!
For thou art with me...
THAT'S FAITHFULNESS!
Thy rod and thy staff they comfort me...
THAT'S SHELTER!
Thou preparest a table before me
in the presence of mine enemies...
THAT'S HOPE!
Thou anointest my head with oil...
THAT'S CONSECRATION!
My cup runneth over...
THAT'S ABUNDANCE!
Surely goodness and mercy
shall follow me all the days of my life...
THAT'S BLESSING!
And I will dwell in the house of the Lord...
THAT'S SECURITY!
Forever...
THAT'S ETERNITY!

CYBER PSALM
The Lord is my programmer,
I shall not crash.
He installed His software on
the hard disk of my heart;
all of His commands are user-friendly.
His directory guides me to the right choices
for His names sake
Even though I scroll through the problems of life,
I will fear no bugs, for he is my backup.
His password protects me.
He prepares a menu before me
in the presence of my enemies.
His help is only a keystroke away.
Surely goodness and mercy will follow me
all the days of my life,
and my file will be merged with His and saved forever.

THE 2nd SET of TEN COMMANDMENTS
(1) Thou shall not worry,
for worry is the most unproductive of
all human activities.
(2) Thou shall not be fearful,
for most of the things we fear
never come to pass.
(3) Thou shall not cross bridges before you come to them,
for no one yet has succeeded in accomplishing this.
(4) Thou shall face each problem as it comes.
You can only handle one at a time anyway.
(5) Thou shall not take problems to bed with you,
for they make very poor bedfellows.
(6) Thou shall not borrow other people's problems.
They can better care for them than you can.
(7) Thou shall not try to relive yesterday for good or ill,
it is forever gone.
Concentrate on what is happening in your life and be happy now!
(8) Thou shall be a good listener,
for only when you listen do you hear different ideas from your own.
It is hard to learn something new when you are talking,
and other people do know some things that you do not know.
(9) Thou shall not become "bogged down" by frustration,
for 90% of it is rooted in self-pity and
will only interfere with positive action.
(10) Thou shall count thy blessings,
never overlooking the small ones,
for alot of small blessings add up to a big one.

Here is a simple prayer guide that you may find helpful:
1. Your thumb is nearest to you.
So begin your prayers by praying for those closest to you.
They are the easiest to ones to remember.
To pray for our loved ones is,
as C.S. Lewis once said, a "sweet duty".
2. The next finger is the pointing finger.
Pray for those who teach, instruct and heal.
This includes teachers, doctors, and ministers.
They need support and wisdom for pointing others
in the right direction.
Keep them in your prayers.
3. The next finger is the tallest finger.
It reminds us of our leaders.
Pray for the president, leaders in business and industry,
and administrators.
These people shape our nation and guide public opinion.
They need God's guidance.
4. The fourth finger is our ring finger.
Surprising to many is the fact that this is our weakest finger;
as any piano teacher will testify.
It should remind us to pray for those who are weak,
in trouble or in pain. They need your prayers day and night.
You cannot pray too much for them.
5. And lastly comes our little finger, the smallest finger of all.
Which is where we should place ourselves
in relation to God and others.
As the Bible says,
"
The least shall be the greatest among you."
Your pinkie should remind you to pray for yourself.
By the time you have prayed for the other four groups,
your own needs will be put into proper perspective and
you will be able to pray for yourself more effectively.
