Hi,Thanks for dropping in. My name is Don and I'm originally from Melrose, Massachusetts. I had been wanting to move to Florida for many years and finally accomplished my goal after many years in New Hampshire. I moved from
Dover, NH. in the summer of 1999. Dover is on the seacoast approximately 15 minutes from the Maine border and 30 minutes from the
Massachusetts border. I bought a mobile home in a 55+ community park in Mount Dora, Florida . Mt Dora is my new hometown and is located 25 miles north of Orlando and is very similar to a New England village. Not coincidently, I'm told it was founded by New Englanders. Mt Dora is the antique capitol of Florida with its many shops in the downtown area. You can tour the city by train, trolley or horse and buggy. All of these are equally interesting and sure to delight you. If you're in the area, look me up and we'll take the tour.
I'm a 65 year old man, divorced and I have 5 great kids. These kids are all grown now and have
given me 9 grandchildren plus 2 step granddaughters and
2 step great granddaughters. They all live in NH with
the exception of the oldest and he lives in Minnesota
with his girlfriend and her 3 children.
I like photography, both still and video, walking for
exercise, going to the seashore , working around the home and playing with my computer.
