29th | 'Dad Savage' gets UK TV airing in November. |
Next
month there's a chance for some viewers to catch Patrick in his most recent
UK made film 'Dad Savage' showing
on Sky MovieMax @ 11.00 pm on Tuesday 16th November.
It's a dark British thriller that received only a limited theatrical showing a couple of years ago. Stewart plays the title role of 'Dad' - a tulip growing, cowboy loving, Lincolnshire farmer, who also has a sideline in criminal activities! Although the premise might sound a bit strange, it's well worth a look for Stewart's strong performance, but be advised, it is quite violent. Thanks to Aline Davis at
PSAS
for the info.

25th | 'Safe House' on UK TV this week...plus news catch-up |
US
viewers got a second chance to see Patrick in the thriller 'Safe
House' last Friday on UPN, and this week it's the UK's turn with
a repeat showing on Channel 5 @ 9 pm on Thursday 28th.
The UK sci-fi magazine
Starbust
has
a Special Edition
devoted to Star Trek. Amongst the many articles and features are
interviews with Stewart, Frakes and Berman who make comment on the rumours
surrounding a possible 10th Star Trek movie.
The lack of updates to the
news section over the past couple of weeks has been due to the web editor's
US holiday......who can now wholeheartedly recommend Star
Trek : The Experience at the Hilton Hotel Las Vegas, and a guided
tour of Paramount
Studios in LA.!

6th | 'Animal Farm' performs well for TNT |
The
Saturday premiere of Hallmark's Animal
Farm on TNT, proved to be an audience winner for the cable network.

Following this evening's presentation will be a special half hour behind-the-scenes programme @ 10 pm. Additional dates for the screening of Animal Farm are:

4th | 'Masterminds' on SKY TV in the UK this month |
There's
a chance to catch Stewart having some fun with the character of Ralph Bentley
in the comedy drama Masterminds,
on Friday 22nd October @ 8 pm on the Moviemax channel.
Although aimed primarily at a teenage audience, with overtones of 'Die Hard' meets 'Home Alone', the film is worth a look for Stewart's performance. Keep an eye out for Bentley sporting a Man Utd shirt at one point - Patrick would no doubt have preferred a Huddersfield shirt! |
