Comments: The worst description actually came in from a subscriber who called
it the Readers' Digest of humor postings. Yecchh, what an image!
However, it's not that far from the the truth. SUSPECTS (a reference
to the movie Casablanca, in which the prefect of police would round up
the usual suspects after a crime had been committed), is a free non-profit
email source of humor. It collects humor postings both from members and
from other lists (sometimes called "feeds"), eliminates duplicates from
what has already gone on the list, edits, pretty-prints, and removes excess
headers, trailers, or leading ">" characters from endless forwarding.
What's left is the actual "stuff".
