  • 5 large navel-oranges, peeled, sectioned, and cut into 1 inch pieces.
  • 1 can ( 6 oz.) pineapple tidbits, (drained)
  • 1 c. flaked coconut
  • 1/4 c. powdered sugar
    1. in a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.

    2. cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. makes about 8 servings.
