CHOCOLATE COVERED CHERRIES

SMALL JAR OF CHERRIES. DRAIN THE CHERRY JUICE AND BRING TO A BOIL. MIX THE CHERRY JUICE WITH JUST A DAB OF WHITE KARO SYRUP.   THEN MIX WITH POWDERED SUGAR ENOUGH TO WHERE YOU CAN ROLL UP IN A BALL ABOUT THE SIZE OF A MARBLE.
  • THEN YOU INSERT A CHERRY IN THE MIDDLE AND ROLL IT OUT ON WAXED PAPER.  
  • CHILL.  
  • I USE THE CHOCOLATE ALMOND BAR FOR CANDY MAKING THE WHITE OR CHOCOLATE.   MELT THE CHOCOLATE AND DIP THE BALLS IN THE CHOCOLATE.  
    LAY ON WAX PAPER TILL THE CHOCOATE SETS,
    WRAP INDIVIDUALLY IN SARAN WRAP OR WHATEVER. WAXED PAPER DOSEN'T WORK TO GOOD
