WHITE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE

  • 1 pkg. (8oz.) Philadelphia brand cream cheese, softened
  • 2 pkgs. (4 serving size each) Jell-o White Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding& pie filling
  • 2 cups cold milk, divided
  • 1 tub ( 8oz.) Cool Whip whipped topping -thawed
  • 1 prepared graham cracker crumb crust(6oz.)
    Beat cream cheese and 1/2 c. of the milk in a large bowl with wire whisk until smooth.
    Add remaining 1-1/2 cups milk and pudding mixes.
    Beat with wire whisk 1 minute
    Stir in whipped topping until smooth and well blended
    Spoon into crust
    Refrigerate 4 hours or until set
    Garnish with white chocolate curls made with bakers chocolate.
    Store leftover pie in refrigerator
    Makes 8 servings


    RASPBERRY SWIRL CHEESECAKE

  • 2 8-oz pkgs Philadelphia Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Keebler Ready Crust graham cracker pie crust
  • 3 Tbsp red raspberry preserves

    Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
    Add eggs and mix until blended
    Pour into crust
    Dot top of cheesecake with preserves
    Cut through batter with knife several times for marble effect
    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
    Cool
    Refrigerate 3 hours or overnite
    Garnish with Cool Whip and raspberries
    8 servings

    ROCKY ROAD CHEESECAKE


    'marshmallows, chocolate chips and peanuts bake into this chocolate cheesecake.
    It is very good and very rich!!!

  • 2 (8-oz) pkgs Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 squares Baker's semi-sweet chocolate, melted, slightly cooled
  • 1 graham cracker ready crust, 9"
  • 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts

    Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended
    Add eggs; mix until blended
    Blend in melted chocolate
    Pour into crust
    Sprinkle with marshmallows, chocolate chips and peanuts
    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes, or until center is almost set
    Cool; refrigerate a couple of hours and garnish with multicolored sprinkles
