CREAMED POTATO SAUCE

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 to 1 cup of grated cheese
  • salt and lots of pepper to taste

    Melt butter, flour and milk over low heat.
    Add grated cheese; stir until melted
    Add salt & pepper
    Pour over boiled, drained potatoes and mix well
