GINGERED STEAKS AND PUDDING DESSERT
GINGERED STEAKS
2 thick steaks
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp pepper
1 inch piece fresh ginger, minced
2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
Combine all ingredients, except steaks, and mix well
Place steaks in a shallow pan or plastic bag
Cover with marinade and let sit for 3 hours
Remove steaks and broil or grill until
desired doneness
PUDDIN IT OUTSIDE
4 cream filled chocolate sandwich cookies
1 pkg.(4 serving size pistacho instant puddding and pie filling mix
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated fat-free milk, (chilled)
(1.) place cookies in a resealable plastic bag; seal bag. crush cookies with rolling pin.
(2.) place pudding mix (dry) in medium bowl. gradually beat in chilled milk about 2 minutes, using wire whisk, until creamy and thickene. chill about 5 minutes or until firm.
(3.) spoon pudding into 4 plastic cups or dessert bowls. sprinkle with cookie crumbs--about 4 servings
Or you can put a layer of pudding--layer of cookie crumbs and layer of pudding and top with cookie crumbs
