I don't know if you are still gonna post a recipe --but it is almost 1100pm and I am fixing to shut down--345am --comes to early
So here is a quick cookie recipe

  • 1 6oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed.
  • 1 12 1/2 oz. box vanilla wafers, crushed.
  • 1 1 pound box powdered sugar
  • 1 stick of butter, softened at room temperature.
  • shredded coconut

    In large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.
    Mix well .
    Form into small balls, roll in coconut.
    Makes 80 cookies.
