In large mixing bowl, empty cake mix and eggs.
Beat well.
Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Bake in a 10x 14 x 2 in pan about 1 hour at 350º
note: Add 6 tbls. more flour to batter if in high altitude to prevent
falling.
After cake is done, punch holes in top with fork.
Pour icing over top and let cool.
Icing:
Mix all together and set aside until cake is done.
Stir with spoon occassionally while cake is baking.
