REESE'S COOKIES
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup shortening OR 3/4 (1-1/2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1-2/3 cups (10-oz. pkg.) REESE'S Peanut Butter Chips
2/3 cup HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips or Milk Chocolate Chips

Instructions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F.
2. Stir together flour and baking soda.
In large bowl, beat shortening, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until creamy.
Add eggs; beat well.
Gradually add flour mixture, beating well.
Stir in chips.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
Cool completely.
About 5 dozen cookies.
