  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • Cube 1 loaf sourdough bread

    Spray 9 inch baking dish with Pam
    Layer as follows: bread, sliced cream cheese, bread
    Mix milk, eggs & maple syrup
    Pour over casserole, making sure that bread is saturated
    Sprinkle with cinnamon
    Bake for 2 hours at 350°
