Hello.. I wanted to let you know I LOVED your site...
Here is a recipe for you that may sound a bit funny, but is really quite yummy... It's a quick & easy sweet side dish.

PINK PANTHER POOP
1 can Eagle brand condensed milk
1 can cherry pie filling
1 (8 oz) container of cool whip
1 small can drained pineapple
nuts, optional
Mix it all up and chill for an hour.
Serves 12.

Coconut Almond Carrot Ring
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup sugar
1 cup oil
2 eggs
1 cup finely grated carrots
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup raisins
2 2/3 cups (7oz.) coconut
1 can cream cheese frosting (I prefer home made)
Mix flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Beat suugar and oil at medium speed of electric mixer until well mixed.
Stir in flour mixture.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in carrots, nuts, raisins and 2/3 cup of the coconut.
Pour into a greased and floured 9-inch bundt pan or 6 cup ring mold.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes, or until cake tester comes out clean.
Cool in pan 15 minutes.
Remove from pan and finish cooling on rack.
Frost with cream cheese frosting, and cover with remaining coconut.

FALL APART ROAST (CROCKPOT)
1 5 lb. rump roast
1 Can beer
1 Can beef broth
1 Envelope onion soup mix
Cook on high for 5 hours
Juice is great for dipping
Makes great French Dip sandwiches

PEACHES AND CREAM FRENCH TOAST
3 eggs
3 T. peach preserves
1/3 C. half and half (10-18%)
6 slices French bread, each 3/4" thick
4 T. butter
confectioners sugar
fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
Maple Syrup
Peach Butter
1/3 C. peach preserves
1/3 C. butter
In a small bowl, whisk eggs and 3 T peach preserves.
Beat in half and half.
Place a single layer of bread slices in a 13 x 9 baking dish.
Pour egg mixture over bread.
Cover and refrigerate a few hours until most of the liquid is absorbed.
In a small bowl, beat 1/3 C peach preserves and
1/3 C. softened butter with an electric mixer until fluffy:
chill.
At serving time, melt 2 T. butter in skillet.
Add slices and cook over med-high heat until brown, turning once.
Remove and keep warm.
Repeat with other three slices.
Serve with confectioners sugar and top with fresh peaches, and peach butter.
Serve a medley of fresh fruit on the side of the plate: kiwi, strawberry fans, and a drift of blueberries.
Serve with Maple syrup.

Cocoa Krispies
1 bottle whie Karo syrup
1 stick of margarine
1 box light brown sugar
1 box Cocoa Krispies
1 cup peanut butter
Place Karo syrup, margarine, and brown sugar in saucepan and bring to full boil.
Take off burner, (As the mixture cools, the calories will evaporate.)
Add Cocoa Krispies and peanut butter.
Stir well and put in buttered pan.
When cool, cut into squares.

PECAN CREAM PIE
8oz cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbls. butterscotch pudding mix
1/4 cup sour cream
1 (10-in) unbaked pie shell
1 cup chopped pecans
3 eggs
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup dark corn syrup
4 Tbls. melted butter
2 Tbls. flour
Preheat oven to 375.
Beat cream cheese with one egg and sugar until smooth.
Add salt, vanilla, pudding mix and sour cream and beat briefly until well blended.
Pour into prepared pie shell.
Cover with chopped pecans.
Whisk the 3 eggs with light brown sugar and granulated sugar and corn syrup.
Blend butter and flour and combine with sugar mixture.
Pour over cream cheese filling.
Bake 45 minutes or until set.
Serves 8.

FUNNEL CAKES
It's "State Fair 99" here & I'm thinking of cotton candy, corn dogs, walking tacos,
funnel cakes & grilled Iowa chops.
Yum Yum Yum--- Here then is a recipe for funnel cakes, enjoy!
2 eggs
2 c. milk
2 1/2 c. flour (all-purpose)
3 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Oil for frying
Glaze:
1 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. hot water
In a blender put eggs, milk, flour, sugar,cinnamon, baking powder & salt.
Mix until smooth.
Swirl batter from funnel into hot oil. (375 degrees)
Fry about 3 minutes.
Drain on paper towel.
Blend powdered sugar & water together for glaze.
Sprinkle the cakes with powdered sugar or glaze.
You can also get cherry or blueberry pie filling on these at the fair.

1 lb sausage
1 med. onion
1 (16 oz) can corn
1 chopped green pepper
*chili peppers to taste
1 cup cornmeal
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/8 cup oil
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
Saute sausage, onions, corn, green pepper and chili peppers until sausage is done.
Pour off grease.
Place meat mixture in 8 x 8 greased baking dish.
Mix next 6 ingredients for corn bread recipe.
Pour over meat.
Bake at 400° for 20-25 mins.
Just before done, sprinkle cheese over top and continue baking until melted.
Serves 6

Mound Bars Date:
First layer:
2 c graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c powdered sugar
1/2 c butter
Mix and press into 9x13" pan.
Bake 10 mins at 325°
Second layer:
Mix 1 can Eaglebrand milk with 7 oz coconut.
Spread over first layer.
Bake 15 mins. at 325°
Third layer:
Melt 1 pkg chocolate chips and 1 pkg butterscotch
chips together.
Pour over other layers.
Cool in refrigerator to set frosting.
Cut into bars.

Lemonade Cake
Cake:
1 package yellow cake mix
1 cup sour cream
6 oz frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
3 Tblsp cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
In a large bowl combine all ingredients with mixer
set at low speed until moist.
Continue to beat at low speed for two minutes.
Spoon into a greased and floured 9x12 pan.
(I also use a bundt pan)
Bake at 325 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes, or until done.
Cool for 5 minutes and remove from pan.
Glaze:
1/2 cup powdered lemonade mix
1/2 cup water
2 cups confectioners sugar
2 Tblsp melted butter
Mix ingredients except butter in bowl, slowly add melted butter, blend well.
Prick still warm cake with fork and pour glaze over it.
