CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE
CHOCOLATECHIP CHEESECAKE

  • 2 8-oz pkgs Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
  • 1 Keebler Ready-crust, graham cracker or chocolate flavored pie crust, 9"

    Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended
    Add eggs, mix until blended
    Stir in 1/2 cup of the chips
    Pour into crust
    Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup chips
    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until center is almost set
    Cool
    Refrigerate about 3 hours
