FRIED RICE

  • 1 cup of cooked rice, drained
  • 2 slices of bacon, fried and crumpled up  
  • 1 small onion chopped          
  • 2 teaspoons green bell pepper,
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper (opitional)
  • one teaspoon soy sauce                          
  • 1 egg scrambled
  • 1 package of fried rice seasioning mix      
    Add all ingridients together and simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes.
    Very good served with fried chicken, pork, or just about anything.
