FRIED RICE
1 cup of cooked rice, drained
2 slices of bacon, fried and crumpled up
1 small onion chopped
2 teaspoons green bell pepper,
1 teaspoon hot pepper (opitional)
one teaspoon soy sauce
1 egg scrambled
1 package of fried rice seasioning mix
Add all ingridients together and simmer on low
heat for about 30 minutes.
Very good served with fried chicken, pork, or
just about anything.
