ORANGE GLAZED CORN 'N' HAM KABOBS

  • 1 pkg. green giant nibblers corn on the cob
  • 1/2 c. orange marmalade
  • 1 tbls. brown sugar
  • 1/4 lb. cooked ham, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 8 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 med. green pepper
    Heat oven to 350º.
    Cook corn according to package directions.
    Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine orange marmalade and brown sugar.
    Cut green pepper into 6 wedges; cut each wedge into 3 pieces.
    On six metal skewers, alternately thread ham. pineapple, green pepper, and corn.
    Brush with marmalade mixure.
    Place in 15x10 inch jelly roll pan.
    Bake at 350º for 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
    About 6 servings.
    Place on rice and you've got your meal.
