PIZZA MEATLOAF
PIZZA MEATLOAF

  • 1 and one half lbs. ground beef
  • three fourths cup cracker or bread crumbs
  • one half cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 16 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp. oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, grate
          Mix all ingredients except cheese.
    Flatten mixture to one half to one inch thickness.
    Put cheese on top and roll up jelly roll sytle.
    Bake at 350-375 for 1 hour.
