CRANBERRY ORANGE & APRICOT SALSA
I was sent this recipe but have never tried it...
.but I WILL
3 Cups Cranberries, Coarsely Chopped
1/2 Cup Honey
2 Tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice
1 Small Red Onion, Minced
2 Jalapenos, Seeded and Finely Minced
2 Large Oranges, Peeled, White Membranes Scraped Away, Seeded and Cut Into 1/2" Chunks
1/2 up Dried Aprictots, Slivered to 1/2 Cup
1/2 Cup Minced Fresh Cilantro
1. Combine the cranberries and honey in a mixing bowl.
Gently fold in all of the remaining ingrediens.
2. Transfer to a decorated serving dish and chill
for several hours or overnight to mellow the
flavors.
Serve dolloped atop slices of carved turkey in place of gravy.
