Pour boiling water over the raisins, let stand 5 minutes, then drain and pat dry with paper towels.
Cream butter and sugar together throughly.
Blend in the peanut buter.
Add the beaten eggs and mix well..
Sift flour.
Measure, and sift with the salt, soda and cinnnamon. Blend flour into the creamed mixture along with the milk.
Stir in vanilla rolled oats and raisins.
Drop by teaspoonfuls of about 2 inches apart on a ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in a 375 degree oven about 15 minutes !!! Yum!!
