Hey Girls...hope you're having a nice week-end.
Now I haven't tried this yet but it's on my menu for this next week.
Looks good doesn't it?
Supposed to serve eight with swiss cheese and canadian bacon inside.
Yummm.
1- Mix ground beef lightly with salt and vegetable flakes in a large bowl;shape into 8 patties about 1/4-inch thick.
Top each with a slice of cheese and canadian bacon; roll up,jelly-roll fashion
2- Beat eggs with water in a pie plate; place bread crumbs in a second pie plate.
Dip meat rolls into egg mixture, then into bread crumbs to coat well.
3- Saute',turning often,in butter or margarine in a large frying pan 25 minutes,or until beef is done as you like it.
Remove to a heated serving platter, keep warm while making gravy.
4- Pour all drippings from frying pan, then stir soup and milk into pan.
Heat slowly, stirring constantly and scraping brown bits from bottom of pan, until bubbly hot.
Taste and season with salt and pepper,if needed.
5- Garnish meat rolls with tomato wedges;serve with gravy, and parslied potatoes and buttered green beans,if you wish.
