CHICKEN PIE

  • 3 T. butter or margarine---
  • 3 T minced onion---
  • 4 T flour---
  • 1 tsp.salt---
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper---
  • 2 1/2 cup chicken stock---
  • 2 cup cooked chicken chopped

    Melt butter or margarine in pan,add onions and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Combine flour,salt and pepper,add to melted butter.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Add chicken stock and chicken gradually and stir until mixture thickens.
    Pour into pie crust and seal with top crust.
    Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
