  • 2 10 OZ. CANS OLD EL PASO ENCHILADA SAUCE
  • 1 1/2 CUPS SHREDDED CHEESE
  • 1 12 CT. PKG OLD EL PASO FLOUR TORTILLAS

    (1.) HEAT OVEN TO 375. BROWN GROUND BEEF AND DRAIN... STIR IN 3/4 CUP SAUCE AND 1 CUP CHEESE

    (2.) SPOON ENCHILADA FILLING ONTO TORTILLAS. ROLL UP AND PLACE SEAM SIDE DOWN IN 13 X 9 DISH..SPRAYED WITH PAM

    (3.) POUR REST OF SAUCE OVER TOP.SPRINKLE WITH REMAINING CHEESE. BAKE AT 375 FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES

    CAN ADD MORE CHEESE...FOR ME THE CHEESIER THE BETTER...
