  • 1/4 CUP MINCED ONION
  • 1/4 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE
  • 2 TBS PARSLEY FLAKES
  • 1 TSP GARLIC
  • 1 TSP SALT
  • 1 LB HAMBURGER
  • 2 SLICES BREAD RIPPED TO SMALL CRUMBS

    MIX FIRST 7 INGREDIENTS IN BOWL.
    SHAPE INTO 20 1" BALLS
    THEN ADD HAMBURGER AND BREAD CRUMBS
    COOK IN 3 TBSP OIL IN DUTCH OVEN.
    BROWN ON ALL SIDES.
    DRAIN I AM GOING THE EASY WAY AND JUST ADDING A CAN OR JAR OF SPAGHETTI SAUCE..
    COVER SIMMER 10 MINUTE..
    THEN POUR OVER SPAGHETT
    ADD SOME PEPPERIDGE FARM MOZZARELLA AND GARLIC BREAD
    AND YOU ARE SET...
    THEY SMELL REALLY GOOD...
