PEANUT BUTTER FLUFF


I found this in the cooking NG.
It sounds so good and easy!

    Base:
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs.
  • 1 cup peanut butter.
  • 1 cup confectioner's sugar.
  • Mix well together--
  • Press into a 9x13 pan.
  • Toast in a 325* oven 10 min.
    Cool.
    Prepare 1 large or 2 small boxes of instant vanilla or chocolate pudding as instructed on the box.
    Pour over the cooled crust.
    Cover with Cool Whip.
    Refrigerate 'til ready to serve.
    You can save some toasted crumbs to garnish the top, if you like.
