GRILLED ROUND STEAK

  • 2 lbs. top round steak
  • 2 small onions, chopped
  • one half cup wine vinegar
  • one fourth cup lemon juice
  • one fourth cup so sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. salt
    Combine all ingredients, except meat, to make marinade.
    Shake together in jar.
    Allow to stand for 2-3 hours.
    Place meat in a shallow dish; pour marinade over it.
    Refrigerate 2-3 hours, turning meat occasionally.
    Broil or grill meat 5 inches from heat.
    Brush with marinade.
    Cut diagonally.
