Morning Ladies!
TGIF....I'm more than ready for the week-end!

My daughter-in-law made this for us when we were visiting them this summer, in Fargo!

  • 1 1/2 lbs. Hamburger
  • 1 pkg Taco Seasoning
  • 2 cans (8oz) Tomato Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Peppers
  • 8oz pkg Spiral Pasta (cooked & drained)
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Chedder Cheese (divided)

    Brown hamburger with taco seasoning.
    Add tomato sauce and green peppers; bring to a boil.
    Combine cooked pasta and sour cream; pour into a greased 8 in. baking dish.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese.
    Top with meat mixture.
    Bake uncovered at 350 for 25 minutes.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for 5 to 10 minutes longer or untill cheese is melted.
    Yield:4 to 6 servings.
