Channel Rules
The channel rules are enforced by the Channel Operators. (Those people indicated
in channel by an @ beside their name). The channel operators
are members of the channel that have been given privileges by the channel manager,
through W, to help enforce channel rules. An Op is responsible for
maintaining the atmosphere that the Channel Manager has set for his/her
channel. This means ensuring that all users abide by the set channel rules
and warning/removing users who do not abide by them. Ops must also
ensure that they follow all channel rules and understand/be able to
use the W commands.
