following saturdays something special

wednesday wept

my guitars and bass were stolen from my flat by breakers-in

with taste, i guess - and respect they took put them all in cases

so if you happen to pass a music shop perhaps you could look in and if you
see the bass of course - buy it for me, or reserve it and ring me or
something - cos it didn't cost that much money - but it is unique - we think
- and you might even recognise the guitars

whatever - Friday will find us with borrowed instruments making the most of
what we can - and singing as we piss in the wind

        friday found us with new instruments doing the same old thing

        even better. perhaps
        
        and happily happening once again this friday 26th from 9 or so

        so - come and sing - or send some sun - or son - or someone     
        
        oh and if you''re out there in the music shops - the bass is pretty
unique and has a circular plastic modification around the jack socket (the
bottom of a film canister in fact ) and no name and of course no frets - and
the takamine and the guild are exactly those - and much missed

it's friday - and in the wonder of the week it seems i forgot to tell you
all that we're at scarlets again this week - tonight in fact 

and aftermath will play terminal on the 16th - more next week
